American University of Sharjah Career Fair 2007

AIESEC UAE is particpating in American University of Sharjah's annual Career fair. Career fairs are always fun and useful. From a students point of view they get to see what companies are currently there in the market and can apply to many companies for their careers. To comapnies it gives them a number of potential people to work in their organization and to AIESEC, it gives them a chance to see who is willing to get an international unique experience and go for an internship abroad and also which companies are looking for young talented professionals.

There are 101 companies that are coming for the Career fair of which there are both Global companies as well large Local based companies such as Unilever, Ernst & Young, GE , Nestle , Philips , Nissan , Shell , HSBC bank, Etisalat, AIESEC ;) and many more.

Another reason we are really looking forward to this is we can get a good perspective of whether the interest of the students are there towards AIESEC as we plan on expanding to Sharjah in the coming years and if we do AUS would be a good bet on a successful LC. So lets see.

I would like to wish all the people from OGX best of luck and hope we get a lot of good quality potential SNs and all the people from ICX to get good contacts and raise more accounts :)

Ok this is going to be the first post that has come onto this blog for a very very long time. We finally found out what my username and password was so I decided to start off.

Now what is the blog going to contain ?

Well first of all being an AIESEC blog it has a lot of things to put in, were a very creative bunch so we can always come up with things to put in ! Jives, Punishments :) , Gossip;) and general information that happens in AIESEC UAE !! :)

What is expected from you guys .. the viewers !

Well sit back , relax , grab some popcorn and just see how much fun us AIESECers are in the city where everyone considers a country in itself, it has the Burj Al Arab .. obviously .. and has a lot .. a LOT of Diversity !! ... the city of Dubai ! :)
